Meet your founder and Fractional CRO trailblazer, Beth Thorson. She has led transformative initiatives at industry leaders including Flexport, SEKO Logistics, and C.H. Robinson, and has been recognized by Forbes as a subject matter expert in go-to-market and sales within the supply chain and logistics sectors. Beth combines strategic acumen with a hands-on approach to deliver immediate and lasting impact.
Her work with growth-stage organizations builds on experience scaling companies like Flexport, C.H. Robinson, SEKO, and multiple AI and SaaS ventures. With expertise in GTM strategy, channel sales, and revenue acceleration, she has driven growth from $0 to $500M at two separate organizations through process discipline, grit, and cross-functional alignment.
Beth is known as an empathetic, energetic leader whose enthusiasm is contagious. She thrives on helping clients achieve breakthroughs, which is one of the core reasons Relentless Growth Collective continues to grow its impact and client base.
Her entrepreneurial journey began in fifth grade, delivering newspapers and managing subscriptions. After climbing too many roofs to retrieve misthrown papers, she transformed her family’s pantry into a makeshift office, appointing her younger sister as her executive assistant. From those early experiments to executive sales roles in supply chain and logistics, Beth has always brought drive, creativity, and resilience to her work. Today, she channels that same energy into every client engagement—helping companies scale faster, align teams, and build ecosystems that endure.
In addition to her commercial expertise, Beth is a Licensed Customs Broker and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt. She has also had the privilege of working under world-class executives and founders such as Dave Clark (Amazon, AWS), Teresa Carlson (Microsoft, General Catalyst), and Ryan Petersen (Flexport). Learning from their leadership has provided Beth with insights she now incorporates into every engagement at RGC.

Will is a partner at R7 , an early-stage venture capital firm specializing in the untapped potential of physical industries within the new industrial economy
Will is the former Chief Revenue Officer of Flexport. During his time at Flexport, Will spearheaded innovative strategies that propelled the company while revolutionizing the global freight forwarding and logistics sector. During his tenure, Will lead the revenue growth of Flexport, moving the company from $600m annual sales to over $4.5b in a 3 year period all through organic growth.
With his operational expertise in global trade, logistics and supply chain, and after seeing literally thousands of companies navigate global trade over the years, Will now puts his passion and industry knowledge to work helping companies of all sizes and maturity grow. -
Riley Banks
Board Member/Advisor
Riley brings over 20 years of experience across logistics, supply chain, and transportation technology, working with mid-market 3PLs, shippers, and freight tech startups. Through his consulting practice, Banks Logistics Partners, and in his current role leading Customer Success & Solutions at Parade, Riley helps companies identify and extract value from their operations and technology—quickly and with confidence.
His work spans everything from uncovering inefficiencies on the warehouse floor to mapping out platform strategies that scale. Teams trust him for his clarity, depth, and ability to connect business outcomes to operational execution.
Outside of work, Riley is a committed cyclist, lifelong learner, and passionate restorer of old homes and processes alike.
